He was sentenced to life imprisonment without probation or parole on the first degree murder charge, and a concurrent term of twenty years imprisonment on the armed criminal action charge. The defendant also appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing. Pursuant to Rule 29.15(l), the appeals have been consolidated.
